About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13-week contract assignment with a client in Mariposa, California. The role provides quality, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting, supporting residents’ daily living needs, comfort, and safety while collaborating with nursing staff. The schedule consists of 12-hour shifts, with day, mid, or night options. The pay rate is $35 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CNA experience.
• Valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
• Reliability and flexibility to work the requested shift.

Nice To Haves

• Minimal requests for time off and schedule changes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to nursing staff.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Document care according to established procedures.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and patient confidentiality protocols.
