About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking an experienced, reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality patient care in a long-term care setting for a client in McCrory, Arkansas. This is a 13-week contract assignment requiring 40 hours per week. Evening shifts are the primary requirement, but candidates must be flexible to work days, evenings, and nights. Available shifts are 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays and support residents’ daily care needs.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification.
• Previous experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to work five 8-hour shifts and accept 16-hour shifts when needed.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and nights, including every weekend and holidays.
• Must have a completely clean background check.
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support resident comfort, safety, dignity, and overall well-being.
