About The Position

Benchmark is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the second shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with scheduled days available Sunday through Thursday. The CNA delivers care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment, supporting their daily needs and well-being.

Requirements

• Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents' health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
