About The Position

Cornerstone Retirement Community is seeking compassionate professionals who are ready to make a real difference in the lives of their amazing seniors. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, offering kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear, keeping things running smoothly with documentation and teamwork, and joining in on fun events and activities.

Requirements

Current CNA certification (Texas)
A heart for service and a team spirit
Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program
Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification
Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills
Must have a working knowledge of basic patient care procedures

Nice To Haves

High school graduate or equivalent is desired
One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long term care nursing assistant is preferred
