About The Position

The Crossings Retirement Community is seeking compassionate caregivers to make a difference in the lives of their seniors. The ideal candidate will bring joy, dignity, and top-notch care to residents.

Requirements

Current CNA certification (Texas)
A heart for service and a team spirit
Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
High school graduate or equivalent is desired
Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program is required
Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification, or ability to obtain as required by regulation

Nice To Haves

One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities
Offer kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear
Keep things running smoothly with documentation and teamwork
