About The Position

Somerfield Health Center at The Heritage at Brentwood is seeking a full-time CNA/Care Partner for its 66-bed skilled nursing facility in Brentwood, Tennessee. The facility provides care and support to senior residents in a setting focused on dignity, comfort, and activity. The available third shift runs from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., five days per week, including every other weekend. Base pay is $21 per hour, with an additional $4 per hour shift premium. A pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening are required.

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening are required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior geriatric nursing home experience is preferred.
• A hospitality-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to senior residents.
• Administer care to residents with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
• Help residents bathe and maintain proper hygiene.
• Feed residents and ensure they take their medications.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs.
