About The Position

You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the people you support while helping them remain safe and independent at home.
Requirements
- State-approved CNA Certification
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle with current insurance
- Ability to pass background check
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home support according to each customer’s Plan of Care
- Assist with daily living activities and personal care
- Document services provided
- Transport customers as outlined in their care plan
- Communicate respectfully with customers, families, and supervisors
