About The Position
Greencroft is offering a paid CNA Training Program for individuals seeking a meaningful career in healthcare. This program allows participants to earn while they learn, covering the cost of CNA education and providing a full-time position upon successful completion. No prior healthcare experience is required; compassion, dependability, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of older adults are key. The program includes paid classroom and clinical learning, hands-on experience, ongoing support, and opportunities for career growth within Greencroft. Participants commit to a minimum of six months of full-time employment after completing the program and obtaining their Indiana CNA certification.
