This program is designed to train individuals to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The October class is currently accepting applications. To be considered, applicants must be able to work full-time, 3rd shift in a hospital unit. The selection process may include an online math assessment, a screening interview, and an in-person interview with a program manager, which includes a monitored math assessment. Not all applicants will advance to the next stage. The screening process can take time due to both internal and external applicants for this small class. Delayed responses to communications may lead to application decline. Classes are held at the Aurora Forest Home Business Center, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with perfect attendance required. Clinicals for the August class will be held at the St. Luke's Location in Milwaukee. Upon successful completion of the class and exams, participants may be selected for a hospital unit position, based on business need, and must be open to working 3rd shift.
