About The Position
This program offers a unique opportunity for individuals to launch their healthcare career by becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The program provides paid training, hands-on instruction, and a direct path to employment. Participants will receive training at $16.94/hour and will experience wage increases after successfully completing the course and passing the Prometric exam. Graduates will have the opportunity to begin a rewarding career in healthcare with a supportive team.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Ready to commit to the training schedule and employment requirements.
Responsibilities
- Attend paid training sessions from August 4, 2026, to August 28, 2026, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
- Complete hands-on instruction to prepare for CNA certification.
- Work a 32+ hours per week shift from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
- Work every other weekend and holiday.
- Commit to one year of employment from September 2026 to September 2027.
