About The Position
Macomb Post Acute Care Center is offering a paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Program for individuals interested in starting a healthcare career. This program combines classroom instruction with hands-on clinical experience in a skilled nursing environment while earning pay during training. Participants will gain the skills needed to sit for state CNA certification.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Reliable attendance.
- Ability to complete the training program.
- Interest in working in a skilled nursing setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing and resident care skills.
- Implement infection control and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
