HYBRID CNA TRAINEE PROGRAM
About The Position
UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health is offering a 4-week HYBRID CNA Trainee Program with a combination of online coursework, in-person instruction, and hands-on clinical training. The program includes online coursework for the first two weeks, followed by a hybrid of online and in-person instruction in week three. Week four consists of paid orientation and hands-on clinical training. Upon successful completion of the program and CNA certification, participants are guaranteed a CNA position. The in-person training component takes place at Huntington Living Center in Waterloo, NY. Online coursework is unpaid, and candidates must complete it to proceed to clinical training.
Requirements
- Must complete all required online coursework to participate in clinical training.
- Must successfully complete all required online coursework to receive a $1,500 bonus.
- Must successfully obtain CNA certification.
Responsibilities
- Complete online coursework.
- Participate in in-person instruction.
- Engage in hands-on clinical training.
- Undergo paid orientation.
- Take the New York State CNA certification exam.
Benefits
- $20.00/hour beginning Week 4 during orientation and clinical training
- $1,500 bonus for candidates who successfully complete all required online coursework

- $21.12–$25.24/hour once CNA certified
