About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as CNA Trainees through the WisCaregiver Careers Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to start a rewarding career in healthcare, with all CNA class and testing fees paid for. Trainees will earn $15/hr while attending the 75-hour class and are eligible for a $500 bonus after six months of employment as a CNA. This role provides a pathway for advancement within Dove Healthcare to positions such as medication aide, LPN, RN, or management.

Requirements

  • Must apply for the CNA Trainee position.
  • Must participate in a successful interview.
  • Must sign the program agreement.
  • Must complete the 75-hour CNA class.
  • Must take the state competency exam.
  • Must work as a CNA at a participating Dove Healthcare location for at least six consecutive months to receive a bonus.

Responsibilities
