About The Position

Dove Healthcare is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as CNA Trainees through the WisCaregiver Careers Program. This program offers a unique opportunity to start a rewarding career in a high-demand field. We will cover the costs of your CNA class and testing fees, and you will be paid $15/hr for your attendance in the 75-hour class. Upon successful completion of your CNA testing and six months of continuous employment with us, you will be eligible for a $500 bonus. This program provides a clear path for career advancement within Dove Healthcare, with opportunities to move into roles such as medication aide, LPN, RN, or management.

Requirements

  • Apply for the CNA Trainee position.
  • Participate in a successful interview.
  • Sign the program agreement.
  • Choose a CNA class that fits your schedule.
  • Complete the 75-hour CNA class.
  • Pass the state competency exam.
  • Work for Dove Healthcare for six consecutive months after completing CNA testing to receive a bonus.
