About The Position

Dove Healthcare is recruiting CNA Trainees through the WisCaregiver Careers Program. The program covers CNA class and testing fees, and pays trainees $15 per hour for class attendance. Participants complete a free 75-hour CNA class, take the state competency exam at no cost, and may receive a $500 bonus after six consecutive months working as a CNA at a participating Dove Healthcare location, provided they are still working there at that time. Applicants apply, complete a successful interview, sign a program agreement, and choose a class that fits their schedule. The role offers a pathway to further healthcare careers, including medication aide, LPN, RN, or management.

Requirements

Apply for the CNA Trainee position, successfully complete an interview, and sign the program agreement.
18 or older preferred.

Responsibilities

Attend and complete a 75-hour CNA class.
Take the state competency exam.
After completing CNA testing, work as a CNA for six consecutive months at a participating Dove Healthcare location to qualify for the $500 bonus.
