About The Position
Bethany St. Joseph Corporation is offering a CNA in Training program. This program will pay for the cost of the CNA course, as well as the skills and knowledge exams. While completing the CNA training course, you will work as a Resident Care Assistant / CNA in Training. In this role, you will orient to the facility and start to train on some of the things you will do as a CNA, as well as assist CNAs and Nurses in tasks that you can do without your certification. Upon completion of the CNA program, your wage will increase to $20.00 an hour.
Requirements
- Must be willing to complete the CNA training course.
- Must be willing to work as a Resident Care Assistant / CNA in Training while completing the course.
Responsibilities
- Assist and enhance the day to day lives of our residents through compassionate care and creating a positive work environment.
- Perform personal cares, transportation to meals and activities, documentation of daily care, and a range of other tasks.
- Orient to the facility and start to train on some of the things you will do as a CNA.
- Assist CNAs and Nurses in tasks that you can do without your certification.
