About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care to clients in their homes in Annapolis, Severna Park, and Odenton. The role offers base pay of $17–$19 per hour, depending on qualifications, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and efforts to match employees with opportunities near their homes. Employees are supported by a positive work environment, necessary job tools, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.

Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees who average 30 hours per week over a three-month measurement period are eligible for group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits. Those working fewer than 30 hours per week are eligible for Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans. BAYADA also offers paid time off and scholarship programs.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience.
• Current CNA license in good standing with the board.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide nail care.
• Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Assist with oral feeding.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Assist clients with ambulation.
• Provide medication assistance.
