About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide expert, patient-centered care in the Camden, Tennessee coverage area. The office is located in Martin, Tennessee, and the schedule is full-time. CNAs provide one-to-one care in patients’ homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, with flexible scheduling options and support from the team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy.
• Certification, if required by state licensure, as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state where care is provided.
• Ability to use proper body mechanics while lifting; may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time, and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care tasks.
• Perform home management tasks such as basic housekeeping and shopping.
