About The Position

ComForCare Home Care Virginia Beach is looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs and PCAs to join our team. Our caregivers help seniors and individuals remain safe and independent in their homes, treating clients with dignity and caring like family. We believe caring for our caregivers is part of caring for our clients. We work hard to support our team members at work and in their lives.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification or PCA training/experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet scheduling needs.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Nice To Haves

• Dementia experience is a plus; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, meals, light housekeeping, and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement.
• Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes or concerns.
• Support clients and families with patience, professionalism, and respect.
• Provide compassionate care for clients living with dementia when applicable.
