CNA / PCA / Caregivers – Bilingual (Spanish & English)
About The Position
Care Advantage Inc. is hiring bilingual (Spanish and English) CNAs, PCAs, and caregivers to provide in-home care services to clients in Roanoke, Virginia, and the surrounding area. Applicants may already be caregivers or be interested in becoming caregivers. This entry-level healthcare position may be full-time or part-time and offers flexible scheduling. Caregivers can set their own hours, with shifts available during days, nights, and weekends. The company is willing to work around employees’ schedules.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two satisfactory professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Be able to speak both Spanish and English.
- Be compassionate, respectful, committed to excellence, and have a good attitude.
