CNA / PCA / Caregiver (Currently Certified or Experienced)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Chesapeake, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company aims to help aging adults live life to the fullest, serve the communities where it works, and support its Care Family in purpose-driven work. The role offers a flexible schedule with shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends. Care Advantage says it will build a schedule around the caregiver. Employees receive clinical support from the nursing team and ongoing paid training. The position is open to people who are currently certified or have caregiving experience.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
