About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Charles City, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company describes itself as client-driven and focused on helping aging adults live life to the fullest while supporting its Care Family in purpose-driven work. Flexible scheduling is available, with shifts including days, nights, and weekends; schedules are built around caregivers. The position offers clinical support from the nursing team and paid, ongoing training. Applicants may be currently certified or experienced.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
- Be currently certified or experienced, as indicated in the role title.
