About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full-time and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Mechanicsville, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company describes its work as client-driven, with a mission to support communities, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support its care team in purpose-driven work. Schedules can be built around the caregiver and may include day, night, and weekend shifts. The position is open to currently certified or experienced caregivers.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is unavailable.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
- Be currently certified or experienced, as indicated in the role title.
