About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Portsmouth, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The role supports the company’s mission to help aging adults live life to the fullest and serve communities through purpose-driven care. The company offers flexible scheduling, with shifts including days, nights, and weekends, and will build a schedule around the caregiver. Clinical support is available from the nursing team, and paid in-service training and ongoing training are provided.
Requirements
- Currently certified or experienced as a CNA, PCA, or caregiver.
- Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Provide two professional references.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
