CNA / PCA / Caregiver (Currently Certified or Experienced)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Richmond, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company is client-driven and aims to help aging adults live life to the fullest, support the communities it serves, and provide purpose-driven work for its Care Family. The position offers a flexible schedule, with shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends. The company will build a schedule around the caregiver. Caregivers receive clinical support from the nursing team and ongoing paid training. The posting welcomes applicants who are currently certified or experienced.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
- Two professional references.
