CNA / PCA / Caregiver (Currently Certified or Experienced)
About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company describes itself as client-driven, with a mission to lift up communities, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support its Care Family in purpose-driven work. The position offers flexible scheduling, with shifts that include days, nights, and weekends; schedules are built around the caregiver. Applicants may already be caring for others or be ready to make caregiving their career. Clinical support is available from the nursing team, and paid in-service and ongoing training are provided.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Two professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
