About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Locust Grove, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company’s mission is to lift up the communities it serves, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and support its Care Family in purpose-driven work. The position offers flexible scheduling, with shifts that may include days, nights, and weekends; schedules are built around the caregiver. Clinical support is available from the nursing team, and paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Two professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
- Currently certified or experienced, as indicated in the role title.
