About The Position
Care Advantage Inc. is seeking full- or part-time Bilingual (Spanish & English) CNAs / PCAs / Caregivers to provide in-home care services to clients in the Roanoke, VA and surrounding area. The company is client-driven with a mission to uplift communities, enable aging adults to live life to the fullest, and empower its Care Family. This position is for individuals who are purpose-driven and are either currently caregivers or interested in becoming one.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship provided).
- Two satisfactory professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to speak both Spanish and English.
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellency and a good attitude.
