About The Position

Bilingual Clinician (English/Spanish) Transform Lives. Break Barriers. Build Recovery. At The Transition House and Inspire Counseling & Support Center, we're looking for a passionate Bilingual Clinician (English/Spanish) who believes recovery is possible and wants to be part of a team changing lives throughout Central Florida. This isn't just another counseling position. It's an opportunity to become an advocate, mentor, guide, and catalyst for transformation. You will manage an active caseload while helping reduce barriers to treatment for underserved Spanish-speaking populations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Health, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 6 months of substance use treatment experience
• Eligible for or currently holding CAP Certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Master's Degree
• Experience with justice-involved populations
• Outpatient behavioral health experience
• Knowledge of Florida substance use treatment regulations

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and screenings
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions
• Provide culturally responsive services in both English and Spanish
• Support individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges
• Coordinate care with community partners and referral sources
• Assist clients in building sustainable recovery and healthier futures
• Maintain clinical documentation and treatment records
