About The Position
Care Advantage, Inc. is hiring full- and part-time CNAs, PCAs, and Caregivers to provide in-home care to clients in Stafford, Virginia, and surrounding areas. The company’s mission is to support aging adults in living life to the fullest, serve local communities, and support its Care Family in purpose-driven work. The position offers flexible scheduling, with shifts available during days, nights, and weekends; schedules are built around the caregiver. The company provides nursing-team clinical support, paid training, and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Two professional references.
- Reliable transportation.
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude.
- Currently certified or experienced, as indicated in the job title.
