About The Position

Concierge Care is seeking qualified Florida CNAs and Certified HHAs for flexible home care work in the St. Augustine area. This role offers opportunities for recurring weekly schedules and additional hours as client needs grow. We are looking for dependable individuals who prefer one-on-one care in clients' homes over facility staffing.

Requirements

Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved training school.
Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
CPR certification.
Social Security card.
A recent health statement (within 6 months) indicating you're free of communicable diseases.
Completed CEUs: 2 hours Alzheimer’s, 1 hour HIV/AIDS & 2 hours Assistance w/ Self Administered Medication.
Required dementia training through Elder Affairs.
Authorization for a comprehensive background review, which may include civil and criminal history records, driving records, birth records, and any other public records.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with another agency does not qualify for the CNA or Certified HHA requirement.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes.
Build additional weekly hours based on availability.
Respond to client schedules which may vary and include weekday assignments, weekend shifts, morning and daytime hours, afternoon and evening care, and overnight opportunities.
Take on short and extended shifts, and work with recurring weekly clients.
