The CNA-OHS Specialist will maintain an efficient occupational health process appropriate to the needs of the organization. This role provides first aid care, partners with training for health and safety education, and handles drug screening results and hearing conservation testing. The specialist will also support job fairs, assist with communicable/occupational disease activities, manage databases, and perform administrative duties such as scheduling physical therapy appointments and managing medical records. The position requires ensuring accuracy in recordkeeping, inventory management of medical supplies, and executing duties in accordance with company policies. The role also involves providing back-up support for occupational illness/injury care, health assessments, return-to-work evaluations, and coordinating medical transportation. Reviewing and communicating return-to-work status is also a key responsibility. The position description is not intended to be exhaustive, and duties may change or new duties may be assigned.
