About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals who want to make a difference and feel awesome about their job every day. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. Our services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
