About The Position

This is a Medical Surgical CNA position on the 8W unit. The position is for a 1st shift, 1 year contract. The position may float between units and may be placed on call due to low census. Weekends may be required, potentially every other weekend. The expected patient ratios are 1:7 or 1:11.

Requirements

• CNA certification
• Experience in Medical Surgical nursing
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Willingness to be on call due to low census

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Epic charting system

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as a CNA on a Medical Surgical unit.
• Float between units as needed.
• Be available for on-call duties due to low census.
• Work weekends as required, potentially every other weekend.
