About The Position
This is a Medical Surgical CNA position on the 8W 1Y/1ST TIMER unit. The position may float between units and is on-call. Weekends may be required every other weekend. The expected patient ratios are 1:7 or 1:11. This is a critical access hospital with 23 staffed beds. Charting is done via Epic. Parking is free.
Requirements
- CNA certification
- Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Willingness to be on-call
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Epic charting
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care as a CNA on a Medical Surgical unit.
- Float between units as needed.
- Be available for on-call duties due to low census.
- Work every other weekend as required.
