About The Position

The Crossings Retirement Community is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for night shifts. The role involves assisting seniors with daily living activities, providing emotional support, documenting care, and collaborating with the team. CNAs will also participate in community events and activities. The Crossings is a 5-Star non-profit retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services.

Requirements

Current CNA certification (Texas)
A heart for service and a team spirit
Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
High school graduate or equivalent is desired
Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program is required
Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification, or ability to obtain as required by regulation

Nice To Haves

One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred
