About The Position
Martha & Mary is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs/NACs) to join their nursing teams in Poulsbo. This organization has been caring for children, seniors, and families for over 135 years, offering a wide continuum of care services. The role involves providing direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manner, assisting with activities of daily living, and accurately obtaining and recording vital signs and resident intake.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant Certification Training Program
- Ability to engage with seniors, visitors, and the team in a kind, positive, and supportive manner.
- Ability to provide direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Trained to assist residents with activities of daily living, which may include assistance with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with mobility, positioning and transfers.
- Able to accurately obtain and record vital signs, meal/nourishment intake of residents, and record/communicate information as appropriate.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct quality care to nursing home residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, which may include assistance with personal care, bathing, toileting, dressing, and assistance with mobility, positioning and transfers.
- Accurately obtain and record vital signs, meal/nourishment intake of residents, and record/communicate information as appropriate.
- Engage with seniors, visitors, and the Martha & Mary team in a kind, positive, and supportive manner.
