About The Position

Mirador Retirement Community is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support, documenting care, and participating in community events. Mirador is a non-profit, faith-based continuing care retirement community offering a range of services including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and rehabilitation.

Requirements

Current CNA certification (Texas)
A heart for service and a team spirit
Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
High school graduate or equivalent is desired
Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program is required
Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification

Nice To Haves

One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred
