About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. The role operates on the front lines of resident care, treating residents with dignity and respect and supporting their choices. Requirements
- Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hold BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
- Treat residents with dignity and respect and support their choices.
