About The Position

The CNA-Memory Care Care Giver provides compassionate care and support to residents in a Memory Care neighborhood. The role focuses on responding promptly to residents’ needs, protecting them from harm, and supporting their physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being. Caregivers help residents live the best possible life at every stage of their journey and contribute to a welcoming, engaging community. The stated goal is a low staff-to-resident ratio of one CNA for every eight residents. All employees are expected to follow the LCS Hospitality Promises in their interactions with residents, coworkers, and guests. These include greeting people warmly, treating everyone with courteous respect, anticipating needs, listening and responding promptly, being accountable, making people feel important, valuing differences, offering further assistance, maintaining professionalism in conduct and appearance, and attending to details. Part-time positions are available, with day, afternoon, and NOC shifts. The position is located in Clinton Township, Michigan, and is not remote. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour and may vary with experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Enthusiastic, compassionate, and passionate about hospitality and senior engagement.

Nice To Haves

One year of experience working as a CNA or HHA preferred.
One year of experience working in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or a skilled setting preferred.
