About The Position

Givens Aldersgate Health Care Center in Asheville, North Carolina, is seeking part-time CNAs with a Med Tech certification for weekend work. The role is available on day shift (7 a.m.–7 p.m.) and night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.). Givens collaborates with employees to offer flexible scheduling where possible. Compensation is $21.50–$24.00 per hour, based on background and experience.

Requirements

• Active listing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide I (CNA) Registry.
• Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
• Med Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in the care of residents.
• Transfer and transport residents.
• Assist residents with feeding.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Use a gait belt and proper body mechanics.
