About The Position

The CNA/Med Tech primarily provides care to residents in the household to help meet their daily medical, physical, and emotional needs and enable them to function at the highest possible level. Working with professional nurses who lead the team, the CNA/Med Tech may assist with medication administration. The role also supports residents’ psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationship building, helping plan and facilitate social activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and caring for residents’ personal laundry.

This is a part-time third-shift position, scheduled from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. every other Saturday and Sunday, plus one day during the week. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with additional shift differentials for experience, second and third shifts, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• North Carolina CNA certification.
• North Carolina Med Tech certification.
• Positive outlook.
• Ability to take initiative and be detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
