About The Position
Nurturing Nurses Home Care is looking for a compassionate, experienced, and dependable healthcare professional to join our care team and provide meaningful support to a client in the South Charlotte area. This is a high-acuity case requiring someone with experience and training in caring for clients with extensive medical needs, including tracheostomy care. We believe great care goes beyond meeting a client's physical needs. It’s about providing compassion, dignity, comfort, and a sense of security in the place they call home. Requirements
- Is a CNA or medically licensed professional
- Has tracheostomy experience and proper training
- Has experience caring for medically complex or high-acuity clients
- Is comfortable providing extensive hands-on care
- Has experience using a Hoyer lift
- Is physically able to safely assist with lifting and transfers
- Has reliable transportation
- Is compassionate, patient, dependable, and attentive to the needs of others
Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful support to a client in the South Charlotte area.
- Provide care for clients with extensive medical needs, including tracheostomy care.
- Provide extensive hands-on care.
- Safely assist with lifting and transfers.
