About The Position

PARAMOUNT HOME HEALTH CARE LLC is looking for a reliable, patient, compassionate, and responsible caregiver to assist a child with autism in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. This is a part-time position with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, perfect for someone who enjoys working with children. The role involves supervising and engaging the child in age-appropriate activities in a comfortable home environment.

Requirements

• Punctuality is extremely important; must be at the home by 3:00 PM sharp every scheduled day.
• Must be dependable, responsible, and committed to the schedule.
• Must be patient and comfortable working with a child with autism.
• Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or special-needs experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be present at the child's home exactly at 3:00 PM when the school bus drops him off.
• Supervise and provide companionship to the child until his parents return from work.
• Ensure the child's safety and well-being throughout the shift.
• Engage the child in simple, age-appropriate activities and positive interactions.
• Provide basic assistance as needed.
