CNA/HHA - 3pm-11pm Full Time
About The Position
The Branches of Framingham, Benchmark Senior Living is hiring a full-time HHA or CNA to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The schedule is 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with every other Saturday and Sunday required. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, documenting care, reporting changes in residents’ health or behavior, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and providing emotional support. Associates use customer-service skills to provide exceptional and meaningful care and perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer-service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
