CNA/HHA - 3rd shift

About The Position
Mason Wright Senior Living is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs and HHAs to provide hands-on care and support to residents. Openings are available on the 3rd shift in 16-hour, 24-hour, and 40-hour weekly schedules. All schedules include every other weekend. Shift times are 11:00 pm–3:00 am, 11:00 pm–3:00 am or 1:00 am–7:30 am, and 11:00 pm–7:30 am, respectively. The role supports residents’ daily needs as part of a collaborative Health & Wellness team.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts CNA license or HHA certificate required.
- Experience working with older adults.
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
- Flexible with scheduling.
Nice To Haves
- Dementia experience preferred.
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, meals, and mobility.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
- Provide medication reminders under nursing supervision.
- Complete required documentation and assist with daily resident needs.
- Work as part of a collaborative Health & Wellness team.
