About The Position

We are seeking experienced CNA or Home Health Aides (HHA) for 12 Hour shifts / or 24-hour shifts to provide one-on-one care in a client's home few days a week. This role is essential in helping our clients live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their homes.

Requirements

Active CNA License in Massachusetts
Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar
Ability to work overnight shifts 9pm to 8am (accommodations provided)
Compassionate, reliable, and professional
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must pass background check, drug screening, and provide references

Responsibilities

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, skin care
Alzheimer's and Dementia experience
Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying up, changing linens)
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Offer medication reminders and monitor vital signs.
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Provide companionship and emotional support
Follow care plans developed by our clinical team
Maintain accurate care records and communicate with supervising nurse
