Experienced CNA / HHA – Up to $16/hr – Flexible Scheduling – Apopka
About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNA or HHA to provide one-on-one in-home support to patients in the Apopka, FL area. This opportunity is well-suited for experienced caregivers who value dignity, professionalism, and meaningful connection while enjoying the flexibility of independent contractor work. This role is ideal for caregivers who have at least two (2) years of paid home-health experience, are confident working independently in patient homes, take pride in providing respectful, patient-centered care, communicate clearly and follow care plans consistently, and prefer flexible scheduling while maintaining professional standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of two (2) years of paid home-health experience is required
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
- CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
- Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to commute within Casselberry
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and maintain a clean home environment
- Monitor skin integrity, take vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team
