Bilingual CNA / HHA (Spanish) – Up to $16/hr – Flexible Scheduling – Apopka
About The Position
At Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care, we recognize the importance of culturally responsive care and clear communication. We are seeking an experienced, bilingual CNA or HHA (Spanish/English) to provide one-on-one in-home support to patients and families in the Apopka, FL area. This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who are confident working independently, value professionalism, and take pride in delivering compassionate care while communicating effectively with Spanish-speaking patients. This role is well-suited for caregivers who have at least two (2) years of paid home-health experience, are fluent in both English and Spanish, are comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking patients and families, work independently while following care plans accurately, and value flexibility while maintaining professional standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of two (2) years of paid home-health experience is required
- Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
- CPR certification and Level 2 background screening
- Valid driver’s license preferred; ability to commute within assigned areas
- Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor

Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and maintain a clean home environment
- Monitor skin integrity, take vital signs, and report changes to the nursing team
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and care coordinators in both languages
