About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring experienced Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one in-home care to seniors in Cape Coral and North Fort Myers, Florida. The role focuses on helping clients live safely and comfortably at home while supporting their dignity, independence, and well-being. Assignments are based on client needs, location, qualifications, and availability. The position is part-time, with flexible shifts and a pay range of $16–$18 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

• Valid Florida CNA certification or an HHA certificate with at least 75 hours of training.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must have already passed Florida Level 2 background screening and have current, verifiable clearance; pending screenings are not accepted.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English effectively.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills, including Spanish or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Support safe walking, mobility, and transfers.
• Prepare meals and encourage healthy routines.
• Provide companionship and meaningful activities.
• Provide medication reminders according to care plans.
• Assist with laundry, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Accompany seniors to appointments and outings.
• Support individuals with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
• Document care activities and communicate updates to clients.
